At Love Story PR, we are committed to providing high-quality virtual book tours, cover reveals, and book blitzes to support authors and publishers in promoting their work. By booking a service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Review Copies & Availability
- Authors/publishers must have review copies available 2 to 4 weeks before the tour starts.
- Review copies should be provided in all possible formats, including EPUB, PDF, BookFunnel, and print (when available).
Content Submission & Deadlines
- Authors/publishers are responsible for providing graphics, review copies, and all necessary materials to Love Story PR.
- Minimum submission deadlines:
  - Book Tour: 2 weeks before the start date.
  - Cover Reveal: 72 hours before the scheduled reveal.
Host & Post Availability
- While we work with a network of reliable hosts, Love Story PR is not responsible for missed posts due to circumstances beyond our control. However, we will make every effort to arrange last-minute promotional posts when possible.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
- Full payment is required upon booking via PayPal unless longterm monthly retainer is customized.
- Client cancellations:
  - A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations up to 4 weeks before the event.
  - No refunds for last-minute cancellations within 4 weeks of the event.
- Love Story PR cancellations:
  - If we are unable to fulfill the booking due to tour requirements not being met (e.g., low host participation), the client will receive either a 75% refund or credit towards a future event.
- Late payments will incur a late fee via PayPal, unless otherwise arranged. Please ensure timely communication.
Review Policy
- All reviews are honest and unbiased. If a reviewer feels they cannot provide a favorable review, they may opt for a promo post instead, depending on their individual policies.
- Love Story PR does not guarantee positive reviews and is not responsible for review outcomes.
